This tool applies 33 transformation rules drawn from Wikipedia’s “Signs of AI writing,” supplemented by patterns observed across the major LLMs. It does not run a classifier, it does not score text for “AI-ness,” and it does not promise to fool detection tools. What it does is strip out the surface-level markers that make AI prose feel mechanical and formulaic, replacing inflated vocabulary with plain alternatives and removing the filler phrases that pad out chatbot responses.

The rules are organized into four categories. Vocabulary covers inflated or overused words — vibrant, robust, leveraging, myriad, plethora, tapestry, delve into, and the rest of the AI word cloud. The humanizer is lossy and surface-level by design. It does not restructure sentences, vary paragraph length, inject idioms, or do any of the deep work that makes prose feel human. It is a first-pass cleanup tool — the equivalent of running spellcheck before publishing, but for AI mannerisms. The output will be shorter and plainer than the input. That is the point.

Limitations
